How much will delivery and setup cost?
Delivery, Set-up, and Take Down are free if your event is within a 20 miles of Ypsilanti Michigan. A round trip deliver fee will be added to your bill if your event is not within our 20 mile radius you may choose to mapquest your location from our location between Textile and Willis Road, Ypsilanti MI, 48197. A delivery fee will be applied to all rentals under $125
What are your areas of delivery? Whether you are renting a jumper, an inflatable slide, or any one of our interactive jump houses, and/or Dunk Tanks you can be sure that your delivery will be prompt.
What kind of power is required?
Our rentals plug into a standard 110 household outlet. We will provide all necessary cords.
We ask however that there be nothing else plugged into the outlet/circuit that you will be using. The rental should be no more than 50 feet from the outlet to ensure sufficient current to power the blower. If the conditions are not met then you will need use one of our generators for your source of grounded power.
No Power?
Not a problem. We can provide a generator to run the blower for your rental needs. There is an additional $100 charge for our generator rental.
We supply all necessary equipment hook-up Each inflatable blower runs off a regular 110V, 20am circuit outlet (customer is responsible for gas).

How Safe is it to rent a Moonwalk?
Our Moonwalks are constructed with quality and safety in mind. All of our units have the ramp-step for safe and easy entry/exit and constructed from durable vinyl.
Mesh netting on all four sides of the unit allow for easy viewing and ventilation. Each of our units are equipped with a non-removable list of rules. All units are cleaned and inspected by our staff after each rental. We also supply recommended guidelines for safe use and the recommended number of children that should be allowed to use the unit at one time.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. To secure your event with us we require a deposit, deposits range from $50 up to 50%. However, if a cancellation is necessary due to inclement weather then you will receive a full refund. All other cancellations must be made no less than 10 days of your event failure to cancel 10 days prior to your event customer forfeits deposit. Xtreme Play N Go LLC., reserves the right to cancel an event that we feel is not safe or has the potential to cause damage to our equipment and to your safety. In the event this occurs, the deposit is non-refundable.
What if it rains?
If the local weather is calling for rain or winds of 20mph or higher on your reserved day, XPNG will cancel the rental and return your deposit. NO REFUNDS WILL BE REFUNDED ONCE THE UNIT(s) are in route.
If the inflatable becomes wet, everyone should exit the inflatables. When the rain stops you can dry the unit with a towel. Once dry the inflatable should be safe to re-use. THE INFLATABLE MUST NOT BE USED WHEN WET or WHEN WINDS ARE 20 MPH OR HIGHER. Blower/Fans and/or concessions should immediatly be covered and stored in a dry secure place. Customer will assume cost of repair
and/or replacement of all damaged items due to negligence/Lack of Supervision.
What kind of supervision is required?
All of our equipment requires adult supervision at all times. The prices for our equipment rentals assume that you, the customer, will provide competent adult supervision for the safety of the users. If you fail to provide competent supervision and/or leave any item(s) unattended leassor assumes all legal, medical, and financial responsibilities.
Do you provide Attendants?
Yes, we offer attendants to monitor patrons of XPNG this highly recommended service starts at $25/hr.
How can I pay for my rental?
XPNG LLC gladly accepts cash, cashiers checks, and Credit Cards

Can the INFLATABLE be set-up in a park?
Yes, each city has different rules. Some parks require a permit. If one is required, it is your responsibility to obtain it. Please check with the cities Parks and Recreation Department for there regulations. Some locations may also require an "Additional Insured" document naming the city and/or entity as being additionally insured for the date/time of your event. This is a complimentary service we offer. If this is required, please provide us with the address and contact name needed for coverage 7 days in -advance or at the time of your reservation. a fee will be added to your bill if the park requires that they (park/company) needs to be added to our insurance policy for your event on the specified date.
Can we pick-up Our Units?
No, XPNG, LLC., does not allow this. Safety is our number one concern, our staff will evaluate the set-up area, use the correct size and type of power cords, and make sure that all important connections are safe and secure.
